Report the specific issue
Include the article URL, the statement or result, and a source explaining the discrepancy. For ranking questions, identify the recommendation, provider identity, count, or position involved.
Disagreeing with a recommendation differs from an error in recording it. New provider information can require an update rather than a change to historical results.
Keep dates and history meaningful
Identify substantive factual or attribution corrections where appropriate. New research runs should remain distinguishable from corrections to earlier studies.
Commercial relationships do not exempt providers from correction. We do not promise a fixed response time or automatic acceptance of every requested change.
